New Moon in Aries Exercise

I'm going to go off a traditional therapy topic today. I want to write about an exercise that I put into practice every year at this time. Before I got into psychology, astrology had found me. That is a realm that still leaves me speechless with it's many wonders. I do like to blend the 2 together at this time. The New Moon in Aries is the morning of March 24th this year. Aries in astrology is the beginning of the zodiac, it's seen as the powerful creator. Aries also marks the beginning of spring, where things are born a new and we begin a new cycle. Utilizing that energy, I traditionally create a vision board at this time vs New Years. (Besides, we had a 3 month trial of 2020 so far. And clearly we need to manifest some more positivity somewhere.) If you're reading my blog, make this your homework. Create a vision board of some type.

What is a vision board? It's a big tacky posterboard of your dreams. LOL! You'll need pasteboard, magazines, glue stick, scissors. For me, it's the only time my scrapbook scissors get a workout. Find words, images, quotes that represent what you want in the next 12 months.

A teacher of mine invited me to a vision board party so long ago. I thought it was the dumbest thing I ever heard of. I went because I liked hanging out with that crowd. I made my board of all my insane dreams at the time. I hung it in my room as directed and forgot about it. 2 months later I had things on that board coming true that knocked my socks off and I haven't missed a new moon in Aries/vision board since. Those crazy ladies I hung out with knew a thing or 2. Now I hand this assignment onto you. Make some lemonade out of the crazy events going on in this world today. You got nothing but time right now. =)

Happy manifesting!

Janie
