The clinical profession is the most respected approach based in "evidence based research". Often I get people who have been doing talk therapy for decades which has lead me to hypnotherapy to dive into a deeper healing approach. While we talk about our trauma in the conscious mind in talk therapy, there are many factors at play in our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is our automatic thought process. The subconscious reaches for a cigarette or food instead of feeling. It has us committing acts of sabotage often without awareness when triggered by the past. It can have you reacting to sights/smells/sounds that make no sense to you. At a young age we form our beliefs and coping skills to our experiences. We spend our life defending for and against those beliefs and experiences. Sometimes the older we get, the more these symptoms compromise our happiness and health. Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful modalities to heal the past and create the desired reality you want to live. It allows us to have a dialogue with the subconscious to create the positive change you've been looking for. This package offers the best of both modalities, 3 months/12 sesssions of clincal therapy and hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy modalites include hypnotic programming, child regression, breathwork, parts therapy, Eye Movement Therapy (EMT), past life regression.
